Here at Leap Leather Craft, our passion is to build a supportive leather craft community for all creators and crafters in New Zealand, as well as everywhere around the world. With our passion & love for leather crafting, we supply a combination of Leap handmade leather goods (perfect as gift ideas), handmade patterns for your DIY home projects and leather craft tools to help keep those creative juices flowing!
SO, WHO ARE WE?
Our Leap Leather Craft journey began in 2019 – initially starting out as a hobby from our love of creating. Gradually, we began expanding with a greater urge to contribute to the leather craft community in New Zealand and here we are today with your continuous love & support. We now pride ourselves in designing our unique leather goods & patterns from scratch and are always making room for improvement to provide the best services for our customers.

Return policy: We believe in our products. If you are not satisfied with any order you placed through www.leapleathercraft.co.nz, then you may request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date. To request a refund, email us at , including: 1.Order number in the email subject line. 2.Brief message for the reason you are requesting a refund. Please note: Except for refunds due to defective or damaged products, shipping & any fees that occurred are non-refundable and for international orders, any duties and taxes occurred are also non-refundable. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at ASAP of the purchase date and include a photo of your damaged order, and we’ll take care of the rest. Personalised items are not refundable. Digital items: All leather craft patterns are not refundable once it is downloaded. CAN I RETURN A ON SALE ITEM? Unfortunately, Items marked on sale at the time of purchase are non-refundable. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A REFUND? You will receive an email confirming your refund or will be contacted by one of our Customer Care representatives within 48 hours after we receive your email. Refunds will either issued to your credit card company or bank depending on your method of payment. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process. Please contact your bank or credit card company regarding the status of your refund, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Digital Items Shop Policy: OUR patterns are usually only for personal use, however, if you are willing to use for commercial use (such as making actual products and selling them), an annual subscription is required for every pattern you would like to use! Please contact Leap Team through live chat or email us: for further information. Please be aware that all our patterns are designed and created by LEAP Leather Craft and protected by Copyright law. Any reselling or sharing of any patterns from our store are illegal and unacceptable. Once you downloaded the files, refund is not accepted.
